RE: new cvs server issue

HI,

Here's what I have done : 

a) From the old cvs server I copied all the code into the new cvs
   server.
b) Changed the ownerships of all the files.

I was able to checkout the base module, but was not able to checkout
using the the release tags.
I also tried the same thing after the cvs init command. 
But the result was same.
