get syncmail program from http://sourceforge.net/projects/cvs-syncmail-pl/
than copy it to /usr/local/bin
add line to CVSROOT/loginfo

DEFAULT /usr/local/bin/syncmail.pl %s address@hidden address@hidden

Sometimes it is needed to modify syncmail.pl script to send mails properly,
but it depends how your mail system is configured.
