Well you may get the tarball of the sourcecode from the , and compile the
same, Also in this you have readme and other related docs.

Probably suggest that you  make your repository readonly for that duration
while install (CVS server 1.11.11) the tarball.

We are currently running WinCVS 1.2 on Windows XP Professional talking to a
CVS server running CVS 1.11.6 on OpenBSD 3.3. I want to upgrade WinCVS to
the most recent release (1.3b14), and CVS to the most recent stable release
(1.11.11). To upgrade, is it as simple as downloading the corresponding
packages and installing them over the previous versions?
