Line endings should be fine because CVS maintains LF endings on any
OS.  The only issue I foresee is file name case:  Windows seems to be
a bit careless with the exact case used for file names (or parts of
them even).  Once you copy your repository to Linux, whatever case is
used will be locked in.  This shouldn't cause any problems assuming
you're not going to try to link an existing checkout to the new
location, but you may have a preference as to the case of file names
under Linux.  If so, you should be able to rename the files under
Linux to adjust their case as desired.
