As I recall, that was a completely separate issue involving \r getting
stuck in Entries files.  You were also getting "file/directory not
found" errors rather than "Move away - it is in the way" errors, which
is very different, because it means that a file was found on the
client where it wasn't expected, as opposed to not found where it was.
