Heh.  _My_ firewall was blocking the return packets from cvshome.org.
It only showed up last week after cvsnt.org moved.  My firewall was
actually blocking his whole Class A.  It must have been configured
before that Class A was allocated.  Anyhow, it's all fixed now.  Wiki
galore!
