Yes. I assume the word wrapping is an artifact of the mail system, but just
in case it isn't: make sure it's all on one line.

Have a look at
https://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/cvs-1.11.17/cvs_16.html#SEC116
and decide for yourself ;=) For pserver, it probably won't make a
difference, but if anyone works locally it could cause difficulties.
