.dfm files check in as text in CVS leads to any corruption?

Good Morning All,

    In CVS if I store the .dfm files as text (and I told Delphi to store it as text) then CVS when try to merge leads to any corruption (in case of parallel development)?

Goggle search says .. that you can store the .dfm as text ….. but not much about the feasibility to use in parallel development?

 

Anybody has any pointer or comment is highly appreciable.

I am using Delphi 5 and 7 for development…
