pvcs2rcs is part of the standard cvshome.org release of cvs. It may be
found in the contrib directory. I have never used it myself.

This disclaimer is a really silly thing to add in a posting to a public
e-mail list. It makes you and your organization both look foolish. Lose
it for any future posts or get a free e-mail address that does not
insist and adding such things to your messages.
The sender is hereby notified that all e-mail to address@hidden is
archived by multiple sites and that his directive to 'immediately delete this
e-mail' will be laughingly rejected.
