CVSNT crashes

Hi All,
I am using cvsnt_1.11.1.3 on Win2000 OS. I found
that few features of CVS DOES NOT work properly if the
CVS server is configured to use a repository prefix,
sometimes server crashed also. Also its a global
property which means I cant turn that selectively ON
and OFF for different repositories in the same CVS
server.
Can anyone explain me what's the solution I can
implement for this problem?
