No. Use another tool. CVS is not designed for non-concurrent access.

Hi All

This may sound strange, but for my project i want to disable multiple checkouts. I know that this is one of the main features of CVS, but still we want to do it, or atleast have some messages/ permission by the adminitrator before multiple checkouts can be done.

 

Is it possible to achieve this ? any good GUI that will achieve this ? i know of SMARTCVS, WINCVS. any other that u may suggest.
