history of version changes

Hi there,

I am a new to CVS. I wanted to know if there is a command that will
list all the versions of a project.

I wanted a history of versions of the project AND the files that have
changes from one version to the next, like the history command in VSS.
Is there a single command that will do this for me, or do I have to
iterate. In either case please tell me how to solve the problem.
