I installed them both (in turn)
I had trobles with WinCVS (can't remember what) so I went to TortioseCVS.
That wouldn't let me update/commit files to and from my "sandbox" that
lives n a network drive.
So I'm exploring other options. Like the CVS.EXE that I got from cvshome.org.

If the sites had details on what was installed where, I wouldn't really
mind on these installers. But they don't, so I'm hesitant on installing
things I don't know where things go.
Walter
BTW: Why is CVSNT the "default" CVS for windows?
