I noticed you couldn't set ssh anymore as your transport there.  The
new wincvs has an ssh dll built in I believe.  Maybe the old one did
too but I didn't notice because I always used "ext" and ssh as my
transport instead of the builtin one.
You might see some of the options you are missing if you right click on
the directory/module you want to check out into the left?
