pvcs2rcs

Hello

I am trying to convert from pvcs to cvs using the
cvs/contrib/pvcs2rcs perl script.
I facing a lot of problems with this script...
It asks for tools like "vlog" and "vcs"  which i'm not able to find on the net.
where do i get these tools..
on what am i suppose to run this scrip the project that is checked out
from PVCS or the -arc files.

If any one count help me out with the usage of this script i'd be obliged
