Info on a new cvs setup

Ok 

I am new to the cvs world.

I am currently using SCCS - yes I know I am in the stone age.

I need some pointers on how to set it up.

Also why is sccs2rcs giving me a can't find @address@hidden

Of course I am doing somthing wrong, and no I can't find a man page
on it.
