WinCVS Administration (Date and Time modification)

Dear All,

I'm not too familiar with the WinCVS Administration, I want to change the
date/time of the server so that we can pick-up our local time and be used
for the objects being checked in.

Anybody who knows how to set this?  I appreciate your reply.
