TortoiseCVS - how to search/find/list new and changed files

Hi there,

In my sandbox, I have some "Modified" files and
some new "Not In CVS" files. The root folder of
my sandbox is FooRoot. Is there a way I can search
or find or list these "Modified" and "Not In CVS"
files starting from FooRoot using the utilities of
TortoiseCVS. If not, could someone suggest me a
client which would let me do that.
