Hi all,
I like to import third-party sources (linux) which contain both, text and
binary files. I'm new in using cvs.
Some questions about cvswrappers file an third-party source import.
Probably the easyest way is to create an cvswrappers file per script (using
file command).
Can i remove this cvswrappers file after the initial import, are the files
tagged as text or binary now? Or is it needed by CVS to work proper after the
initial import? I suppose that the information which tells CVS if a file is a
binary or not after the import is included into the the header of <file>.v
and cvswrappers file isn't needed longer.
Is that right?
Thanks
Christian
