cvs admin is intended to be used on the server.
cvs admin -kto myModule/file.html
will perminantly turn cvs variable substitution off for that file.
You'll have to update your local copy after running the cvs admin
command. If you don't have access to the cvs server, you'll have to
ask your cvs administrator to do it for you.
