Would it be possible to reduce the re-attempt interval after cvs
encounters a lock to 15 or even 10 seconds, or maybe a configurable
build option?
Reason I'm asking is that we have cvs triggers that interact with a
separate repository. Sometimes commits to the repository can be held
up when commits to the separate repository encounter locks.
