My newsclient does'nt knows any mor specific newsgroup for wincvs than this. There is no group with wincvs in it's name. And Wincvs is under the GPL, so gnu.cvs.* does'nt seems wrong to me.

Well, I'm afraid it is. Just because your product happens to have "cvs" in its name does not mean that this list will discuss that product. This list focuses on the command-line CVS client available from www.nongnu.org/cvs.

Try expanding your horizons a little. Newsgroups are not your only resources. Start at http://www.wincvs.org/, or browse the archives for this list to find other resources that have been mentioned.
