Well, I'm afraid it is. Just because your product happens to have "cvs" 
in its name does not mean that this list will discuss that product. This 
list focuses on the command-line CVS client available from 
www.nongnu.org/cvs.

Try expanding your horizons a little. Newsgroups are not your only 
resources. Start at http://www.wincvs.org/, or browse the archives for 
this list to find other resources that have been mentioned.
