Cannot find pam patch for pserver

Hello all,

I have cvs version 1.11.20  installed on a Fedora Core 2 machine. In 
addition to this I have cvs version 1.11.6.
And I would like to try PAM authentication.But I cant seem to find the 
patch.
In one of the mailing list messages I read I could find it at the url

but when I go there it redirects me to this link 
http://ximbiot.com/cvs/?id=44.
Can someone tell me where I can find the patch.

PS : I am afraid that I cannot  try the feature version 1.12.x, as  my 
customer wants
      only stable version.
