Can you create a Branch from a tag on CVS form a tag in past time?

HI

 

Let say a developer has worked off of trunk in the past and has not submitted his changes in Trunk, and we have released the code now and we do not want him to sumit to trunk now, and we need him to submit to a new Brach called Integration_Branch

Which Brached off of release1.

 

Can this delveloper bring his changes to a branch off of Trunk now. I have created a Brach off of release1.

Lets call that Integration_Branch.

 

deve1-code has been edited but is  not submitted, what is the easiest way to get his code now in to

Integration_Branch?

 

Can I creat a New Branch from a TAG that he has his WSPACE is based off of and then copy the codes and

To this new Brach and the merge all the changes to the Integration Branch?
