Hi,

I am working on a project where we want to store Romanian text (iso-8895-2, I believe) in CVS. CVS supports ASCII and binary files, with ASCII text being stored more efficiently than binary. If I store iso-8859-2 flagged as ASCII in CVS, will CVS do any strange things to it? Or do I need to store it as binary?

Are there any other CVS issues to be aware of when contemplating using it to store international character sets?

Btw, we are using Eclipse 2.1 as our CVS client.

Thank you,
Ben
