I will do that I did not see a release notes with this I guess the news has
it.

I done loaded the binary I am assuming this eventually get replaced with the
cvs we are currently using. Does it have any Librarues, I was able to
actually do a co with it. DO we need to backup our repository?

The news says that it is back ward compatible.

1.11 versions are under the "stable" directories, 1.12 versions are
under "feature".  Migrating to 1.12 is more work and it may be slightly
less stable than 1.11.  In either event, be sure to read the NEWS file
from the source distribution for important information about changes
that may affect you.
