cvs commit: sticky tag `1.4' for file `foo' is not a branch

I am not sure what I have done wrong here but this project is on the Trunk
and now I have sticky tag 1.4. if I try to change the file and commit it I
get this message:

cvs commit: sticky tag `1.4' for file `foo' is not a branch
cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!
