  cvs2cl - http://www.red-bean.com/cvs2cl/

  jCVS - http://www.jcvs.org/

  LibCVS - http://directory.fsf.org/GNU/LibCVS.html

  statcvs - http://statcvs.sourceforge.net/

  VCS - http://search.cpan.org/~gmccar/VCS-0.14/VCS.pm

ViewCVS - viewcvs.sourceforge.net (has an optional MySQL backend for
meta data you may find useful)

And, of course, you have already identified the JCVSReport project out
