Yes. One way would be to have each project based on a separate top-level
module. You can check out as many modules as you wish. However, I
suggest you will find it easier to have the initial set of modules be
sibblings to your later created projects rather than trying to
artificially arrange the directory hierarchy to include one project
inside of another one... it will be less trouble for you in the long
run.
