>From the help section, I do see CVS is released under GNU General
Public License. However, the official hosting URL for CVS is named
https://cvs.nongnu.org/
"nongnu" - Does it means CVS is not a GNU project? I thought any
software which released under GNU General Public License is considered
as GNU project.
