The correct place to discuss TortoiseCVS issues is the TortoiseCVS
newsgroup: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=48103
CVSNT 2.5.02 was tested exhaustively with Eclipse 2.1.3 and 3.x, however
since 2.1.x is so old we saw no point in asking Eclipse to update those
pages (and Eclipse 3.1 has specific mods to improve compatibility). You
need to set all the compatibility options on in the CVSNT control panel
(or /etc/cvsnt/PServer file on Linux). Ask on the CVSNT newsgroup for
specific feedback.
