sorry, Arthur, but telling Kelly NEEDS to use CVSNT is clearly WRONG;
running CVSNT is just one possible option out of many.

Another option is to install the Cygwin version of CVS.

I am sure there are many other options available.

These are possible advantages of using CVSNT. Nevertheless, not everyone
needs these advantages.
