CVSNT (free GPL just like CVS) on Linux/Unix/Windows/Mac is the only CVS
product that I know of that supports access control on Branches. See
cvsnt.org/manual the commands "chacl" and "lsacl".
There are several ACL scripts for GNU CVS but I don't *think* they
support different ACL's on branches.
