How to auto-generate release notes?

Hi there,

I'm working on a branch (directory) parallel to the trunk (directory). How
can I get a summary of comments between two tags for a release notes? This
summary descibes all of the modifications in specified period of all the
files in the branch, and modifications to the trunk will not be included.
How can I do that?
