How Can I get Access From Remote side to My CVS server

Hi,

Any body help me for accessing my cvs checkouts from remote side serevr
or how to configure my cvs server to acess from my remote side Clients

I have a static ip and it will install on windows 2000 server with
Microsoft Internet Accelators any body tell me how Can i Make a rule in
ISA  so that my client in remote sides can easily checkout from ther
system

Pls tell me any special setting on my cvs server or ISa server
