Email notification with 1.11.21

Hi,

This morning I got an email from the boss asking me if I could setup
some kind of email notification for CVS.

What I would like to do is that when someone does a checkin, an email is
sent containing the list of files that were committed.

I'm running CVS 1.11.21 on CentOS 4.3.

After a bit of research (haven't found anything in the doc) I was
thinking of trying http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/cvslog/. It does
seem a bit complicated to setup.

Any other suggestions? I would like to know what you guys are using.
