There are many ways to get ssh access. I use Cygwin, there may be other
ways.
Download and install Cygwin from www.cygwin.com. Make sure the SSH
package is selected. Once that's complete, then set the environment
variable CVS_RSH to point to the ssh.exe program. The default location
is c:\cygwin\bin. You can then use either the Cygwin cvs client, or the
native Windows client.
This assumes, by the way, that the project administrators have set you
up for ssh access :-)
