Ah.  Sorry, but there's not.  rdiff was originally designed specifically
to make patches (the cannonical name is patch, rdiff is an alias), not
as a general diff.  Unfortunately, that means that it takes a number of
options that conflict with normal diff options, so it's difficult to
change the interface now.
