CVSNT module path length limit

I have CVSNT 2.5.03 running on Windows server 2003. I'm using SSPI for
my connections.

Consider this: if I have the following directory structure in one of
the modules in my repository :"Modulename/subdirectory1/subdirectory2/
anothersubdirectory/yetanothersubdirector/filenamewhichishorribly
long.txt" then my check out is failing partially. If I reduce the
length of this path string, then CVS checks out all files
successfully. My question is there a limit on the length of this 'path
string' in CVSNT?

I have searched google and haven't quite found any answer to this
doubt of mine.
