There is no such thing as CVS 1.3.  I think you mean WinCVS 1.3.  In that case - please ask your question on the WinCVS /CVSGUI newsgroup.

Hello Everyone,

 

I am facing an issue after installing CVS Version 1.3 on Windows XP.

After installing CVS the CVS window is opened but it’s getting hanged and is not responding so it’s not allowing me to do anything on CVS.
