CVSNT handles Unicode inside of files and also Unicode filenames,
however I have no idea what a non-CVSNT server would do with that
information. If you want to use non-english filenames (eg: Japanese,
Hebrew, Hindi, Korean etc) with CVSNT client I strongly suggest you use
CVSNT server (free/GPL just like CVS, available for Linux, Unix, Mac and
Windows).
Ask CVSNT questions on the cvsnt newsgroup please.
