Need Help Keeping timestamps when moving from SCCS to CVS |

Is it possible to move a SCCS repository to CVS and maintain the
timestamps? I was going to write a perl script to move the files
into CVS however, I could not find an option that would allow me to
specify the timestamp on the version of a particular file.
