In cvs 1.12.13, root_allow_ok() is only called from
pserver_authenticate_connection(), so connections via gserver (or
kserver I suspect, although I haven't tested it) bypass this access
control.
Is this intentional? If I submit a patch to fix it, what are the odds it
will be accepted?
