Check out Problems

Hi all,

Few files were not checked out from the repository and also there was no
error message displayed for not checking out. The problem was found while
comparing the number of files that were checked in and that checked out. The
files as such could be viewed in telnet session and also could be checked
out separately Wanted to know why this occurred and solution for the same.
