If you have CVSNT client installed (usually comes with WinCVS, but it depends
on what you downloaded) just use the in-build :ssh: protocol (it's basically a
copy of putty inside CVSNT). You can do passwordless logins etc - just set it
up in putty and it'll work fine in CVSNT. Since CVSNT is a 'native' windows
app applying Windows patches shouldn't affect it.
As Todd wrote: anything more detailed belongs on the CVSNT newsgroup.
