Hi Rez. I am the sys admin for the CVSNT server at the moment. The
mails where at first blocked by the virusscanner, but when that was
enabled I could send a notification using a mail template. However
that is not what I want. I want the internal mailer (which is enabled
and setup correctly) to send a notifiction to the watchers of a file.
The mail template AFAIK does not have a substitution field for the TO
email address, and I not want a hardcoded address in there
from the template:
From: [email] expands to the email of the committer
To: ?????? I want the watchers email addresses here

users file is setup correctly as well and it works as I can see that
with the [email] field.
The big questions...
- how to get the watchers email in the to field?
- how to invoke the internal mailer instead of external mailer
programs?
