After 6 years and many hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in
programmer wages to develop the software we've had to make the difficult
decision to follow the Free Software Foundations advice and charge a fee
for all downloads:
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html

A better funded team here means we are able to continue develop great
software under licenses that protect the freedoms we value.
