No, but three minutes of web search shows me
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.diagnostics.process.start?view=net-5.0#System_Diagnostics_Process_Start_System_String_System_String_
and then using the StandardInput, StandardOutput and StandardError
members of the returned Process object would do the trick AFAICT.

I am not a .net programmer, so I cannot help with specifics.
