GNU/FSF Event: [CHANGED] RMS will speak on 2003-04-25 in Tokyo, Japan

This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details,
and thus we are announcing it again.

Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software
Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System", on Friday 25 April 2003
starting at 17:30.  The event will be held at Rikkyo University.


In contrast to previous reports, registration is not required for this event.

The speech will take place at room 8101, in building 8.
