I am pleased to announce the release of Ocrad 0.4.
Ocrad is an OCR program recently added to the GNU project.
The homepage is at http://www.gnu.org/software/ocrad/ocrad.html .
The sources can be dowloaded from
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/ocrad/ocrad-0.4.tar.bz2 or from your favorite
GNU mirror.
